Rampart on the Move - June, 2011

The next time you make it down to Columbus' Arena District for a ball game, some great food, a movie, or a concert, please take a moment to visit Rampart Hosting in its new office in our same great home, the Belmont Building, near the corner of Spring and Neil streets. Our growing technology company had begun to split the seams of the existing space, so the move was on the third week of June to a larger suite on the second floor. Suite 260 affords us greater functionality and enhances our capacity to serve the client more effectively with our improved conference, reception, and workspace areas. Please pay a visit to check out our new space and to talk about tackling your next web development, mobile application, hosting, or network project.

While you are here at Rampart's Suite 260, say "hello" to our latest addition to the technology team, Tyler Wickiser. Tyler joined us around the beginning of June as a full-time developer after having worked closely with members of the Rampart staff on a number of projects over the last year. Tyler's knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, .Net, and C#, as well as his design experience, is a great addition. Specifically, he brings expertise in working with two relatively new and popular web frameworks: Magento e-Comm Storefronts and WordPress.

Lastly, as promised, the new Rampart website is just about to be unwrapped. Displaying advanced functionality, a tablet-friendly environment, access to our support system, and a mobile-ready version, the new site is a nice step to the next level. Rampart is ready to help show you, our clients, ways to enhance your web and mobile presence through new elements, some of which will be seen "in function" on the soon-to-be released new website. Stay tuned and see you next month!!

Enjoy the summer,

Leo L. Daugherty III, President and CEO
